Board of Directors
The affairs and decisions of the Association are conducted and made by the Board of Directors (see Article V of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of Glenmuir). For information on the current Board members, see the Board of Directors page.
The Board of Directors has partnered with Aegis Community Management Solutions to manage the day-to-day operations of the Association. Aegis handles a wide variety of functions that help make Glenmuir a beautiful community and a great place to live. They take care of things such as bookkeeping, collecting assessments, paying bills, inspecting properties, planning community activities (for example, the annual Christmas party, garage sales, annual 5K run, Town Hall meetings, Board meetings, managing contractors and vendors (who in turn perform many services for the community like landscaping, repair and maintenance of the gates, lights and other electrical items, roads, ponds, fountains, cameras, etc), and many other behind the scenes activities that need regular attention. It takes dedicated time and effort to keep Glenmuir functioning well and looking its best and Aegis will be a strong partner with the Board in this regard.
