Board of Directors
The affairs and decisions of the Association are conducted and made by the Board of Directors (see Article V of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of Glenmuir). For information on the current Board members, see the Board of Directors page.
The Board of Directors has partnered with Artemis Lifestyles to manage the day-to-day operations of the Association. Artemis handles a wide variety of functions that help make Glenmuir a beautiful community and a great place to live. They take care of things such as bookkeeping, collecting assessments, paying bills, inspecting properties, planning community activities, Town Hall meetings, and Board meetings, and managing a number of contractors and vendors who in turn perform many services for the community like landscaping, repair and maintenance of the gates, lights and other electrical items, roads, ponds, fountains, cameras, etc. It takes dedicated time and effort to keep Glenmuir functioning well and looking its best and Artemis is expected to be a strong partner with the Board in this regard.
