Board of Directors

The affairs and decisions of the Association are conducted and made by the Board of Directors (see Article V of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of Glenmuir). For information on the current Board members, see the Board of Directors page.

Day-to-Day Management

The Board of Directors has partnered with FirstService Residential (FSR) to manage the day-to-day operations of the Association. FSR has been managing communities throughout Florida for over 20 years and is recognized as a leader in the field. Their stated commitment is one shared by the Board:

FSR handles a wide variety of functions that help make Glenmuir a great place to live and keep it looking beautiful. They take care of things such as bookkeeping, collecting assessments, paying bills, inspecting properties, planning community activities (for example, the annual Christmas party, garage sales, annual 5K run, Town Hall meetings, Board meetings, managing contractors and vendors (who in turn perform many services for the community like landscaping, repair and maintenance of the gates, lights and other electrical items, roads, ponds, fountains, cameras, etc), and many other behind the scenes activities that need regular attention. It takes dedicated time and effort to keep Glenmuir functioning well and looking its best and FSR has been a strong partner with the Board in this regard.
