Annual Membership Meeting – 2017

The Annual General Membership Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, October 26, 2017, immediately following the regular Board Meeting that begins at 6:30 PM. If a quorum of 10% of the eligible membership (229 units x 10% = 23) is present, nominations for the Board of Directors will be accepted from the floor and then a vote will be held to elect the Board members for 2018. If a quorum is not present, the current Board members will continue for another term. Immediately after the Board election, the new Board members will hold an organizational meeting to elect the officers of the Association.
The meeting will be held in the dining hall at Windermere Preparatory School. All eligible members are encouraged to attend and cast your vote.
